Delivery & Returns Policy
Orders placed during our working week (Monday – Saturday , excluding Bank Holidays)
will usually be processed and dispatched with 48 hours of receipt.
During very busy periods, however, order dispatch may be delayed.
In this instance, we will advise you of the estimated dispatch date of your order by email.
Please note the following:

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct (including postcode) before paying for your order.
We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
If you are arranging for a parcel to be sent to a Business address please ensure to include the Company Name along with the name of the recipient.
We will deliver all products comprised in your order in one delivery.
If your order is delayed by more than ten days we will give you the option to cancel your order.
We regret that we cannot change a delivery address once the item has been dispatched.
We do not take responsibility for delays once items have left our warehouse.
A signature is usually required on delivery of your order.
It is not possible for you to specify a delivery date and time.
However, our standard delivery time within Cyprus is next working day after dispatch.
We usually can dispatch same day if cleared funds are received before 12.00pm.
This is not a guaranteed service.
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your order by notifying us as soon as possible.
We will not refund any transaction/bank charges incurred by us processing a refund.
We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process original payment to us.
An order cannot be cancelled after goods are dispatched.
For sales at our store, please check your stock prior to leaving the premises as discrepancies cannot be rectified later.
For stock orders delivered to you, if your order has been damaged in transit or has discrepancies,
please contact us immediately, and not later than 2 working days of receipt of goods.
You must receive an acknowledgement from us together with the method of return prior to returning any item(s) back to us.
Ordered items returned must be returned as a full pack as received by you and cannot be accepted in part pack or units.
Any replacement or credit will be given to you , or if paid by credit/debit card then we can refund back to the same card
on which you made the initial purchase with.
If item(s) has been returned to us outside these conditions or without authorisation from us,
we reserve the right not to issue a refund
Under any circumstances we will not refund the postage cost of returning the item back to us.
Any refund will be net of any transaction/bank charges incurred by us in the processing of your refund.
We will not refund any charges incurred by you to process original payment to us.
Although we will make every effort to ensure your products are delivered within the time stated,
we take no responsibility for loss or damage incurred where delivery is time dependent.
No compensation is payable to the customer for delayed receipt or inconvenience.
We do not take responsibility for a parcel in the event that it is opened or tampered with by a third party during transit,
in these instances you should contact the courier and take advice on how to proceed under their procedures.
We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after 2 working days.
We will NOT refund any opened or used items. We recommend that you research the item(s)
you wish to buy to ensure you are satisfied prior to ordering.
For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics
that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
No returns can be accepted on the following products that are not sealed: mascaras, nail polishes, lip glosses,lip sticks, eye liners.
Postage is not refundable.
We accept Paypal, bank transfer or you can pay on delivery. If you would like to pay by bank transfer please contact us prior to placing your order.

What personally identifiable information do we collect about you?
We collect information on our users in the following way:
